I do sketches and watercolor portraits of people and houses or any other type of scapes from your favorite photo. When you place an order for a portrait, please send me some extra different photos of the same person (indoor and outdoor) if you have, so I can choose the right one. If you have a poor quality photo and you still want a watercolor portrait from it, please send it to me to examine it and will go from there. If you have a photo with more people in it, but you want a portrait of one person only, I can crop the image. You can send photos by e-mail which is faster or regular mail. The photos could be any size from 5x7 up. The outdoor photos made on sunny days would more preferable, because they have more value of the light.

I usually prefer to meet the subject and do some photo shootings, then download them in my computer to analyze on the screen by playing with the images (zooming, trimming etc) then I will decide which one it would be more suitable for a quality watercolor portrait.

Terms and Payment Methods

I prefer to receive payment via PayPal, a safe and secure online payment system. You may submit payments online using your Credit Card. I charge 40% (nonrefundable) in advance. If you paid the full price and are not satisfied with the portrait or you changed your mind, let me know before shipping and 60% of the full price will be refunded back to you. I have never had a returned commission because people enjoyed greatly always my art.

To place an order for a portrait, you will need to:

• Send me a photo or more of same subject if you have to take a look at it and eventually a detailed note about your preference.
• Send me 40% of the cost, after we made an agreement.
• After the portrait is finished I will send a light copy for you to take a look at it for approval.
• Send the 60% of the cost, if you will be satisfied with the portrait.
• After receiving the 60% of the cost, I will ship the portrait to your address.

Pricing for portraits
Single person (head/chest): 12x15 - $300
Two people(head/chest): 16x20 - $ 400
Three people and more: 20x24 - $ 500

Pricing for building/house portraits
12x16: $400
18x24: $600

5% tax sales additional for Idaho residents.

An art commission takes approximately two or three weeks — from the day when I will start till the day when you receive the artwork.

If you order a ready made painting or a gicle copy, call me first or e-mail me when you send the payment upon agreement by using PayPal. After receiving the payment I will ship to you the art work and it will take approximatelly 4-7 days.

Giclee prints of watercolor portraits

I can also provide giclee print of a original watercolor portrait you already ordered.

The giclee copy will be digitally printed by Epson printer on Epson digital watercolor paper. It will look as sharp as the original. So you can share more portraits with your friends or family members.

Price for giclee copies of a portrait
One copy: $150, Mounted mat and back foam board included.
Second copy: $100
Third copy: $50
